Good News Club

Concord Presbyterian Church conducts a weekly after-school Good News Club.

What is a Good News Club?
Concord has been involved in the Good News Club for several years at Rogers Elementary School. The age group currently served is the 2nd and 3rd grades. Currently over 3,400 weekly school-related Good News Clubs are held across the nation, reaching more than 119,000 students each week.

What is taught in Good News Club?
Each week the teacher presents an exciting Bible lesson using colorful materials from CEF Press®. This time also includes songs, Scripture memory verse, and craft that are focused on the lesson’s theme. Good News Club provides an opportunity for children to learn about Jesus and trust Him as their Savior. All children are encouraged to attend a local church.
